How would you deal with an Administrator higher in rank than you if he broke 1-2 server rules?

Nothing, because he is higher in rank than me. Because of this, I will not be able to do anything.

I would file a complaint against this administrator with evidence.

If I had the opportunity, I would have banned him immediately.

What would you do if you became an administrator?

I would visit the server a little more often and see if there are any violators.

Why should I do anything when I can do almost anything with the admin role?
