Time and attempts
For guests, attempts are counted per device (cookie) and can be bypassed. Accurate counting works only for signed-in users.
Questions order
The per-question time limit works only in the one-question-per-page mode: when time runs out the question is locked and cannot be revisited.
Grading
The respondent submits each question with the "Check answer" button, immediately sees the correct answer and the explanation, and the question is locked. Only submitted answers count.
Grade scale — the grade is set by the percentage of points: the row with the highest «from» not exceeding the result is used.
